Zawork Terms of Service
Effective: 7 October 2026
These Terms govern your use of Zawork, an online platform where people and teams can publish projects, submit proposals, and collaborate on work. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
Using Zawork
You must provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use Zawork lawfully and respectfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
Projects and proposals
Zawork provides tools for introducing clients, independent professionals, and teams. A project, proposal, or message does not by itself create an employment relationship or make Zawork a party to an agreement between users. Users remain responsible for agreeing scope, price, deliverables, payment, tax, and applicable legal obligations.
Acceptable use
You may not use Zawork to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- post deceptive, harmful, abusive, or malicious content;
- misrepresent your identity, skills, team, or authority; or
- interfere with the platform's security or operation.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Zawork permission to store, display, and process that content only as needed to operate and improve the platform and provide the features you choose to use.
Account access
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached, platform security is at risk, or we are required to do so by law.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as Zawork develops. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Questions can be sent through our Support page.
